I ordered a pair of boots. The order was promptly confirmed by email and then the delivery day and time (3 days later) by email text. The delivery was confirmed by a final email and text. The boots are exactly as described and I look forward to wearing them.

Yet again excellent service from the staff at the Milton Keynes shop. My son took his snowboard in to be waxed and edge's sharpened. They explained when we booked it in there would be a 2 week wait, which was fine. On returning to collect, bindings set up again for him. Recognised by staff, who helped with advice for other non related equipment we were after.

Ski jacket was a good price on sale. Dispatched & arrived quickly. Jacket was great quality as expected.

I paid £6.95 for 'Next day delivery' but my order didn't arrive on the next day. I spent an inordinate amount of time chasing the order and trying to offer solutions but they were totally inflexible, refusing to use an alternative courier. Do not use if you really, really need your order by a certain date. You can get cheaper prices and guaranteed delivery elsewhere.
